- Flash-free Production: On tubing or a catheter, an internal flash can block fluid or break off. We aim for absolute zero flash, especially on joining zones.

We process polymers that meet the strict standards of pharmacopoeia. We ensure material segregation to avoid any cross-contamination.
- Common Materials: Medical-grade Polypropylene (PP), transparent Polycarbonate (PC), COC/COP for optical or diagnostic applications.
- Full Traceability: Each production batch is linked to a specific material lot. We provide material certificates (FDA, USP Class VI) upon request for your CE marking files.
3. Environment and Cleanliness
Even without an ISO 7 certified cleanroom, we apply strict hygiene procedures inspired by GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices):
- Use of electric presses (cleaner, no hydraulic oil).
- Immediate packaging at the press exit to prevent contamination from ambient dust.
- Double-bagging options available for transfer to your sterile areas.
