When conventional thermoplastics reach their limits in terms of thermal resistance or flexibility, silicone is the answer. We master two distinct processes to meet all your needs, from single prototypes to mass production.
1. Liquid Silicone Rubber Injection (LSR)
For serial production, high precision, and medical applications.
LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber) injection is an industrial process using specialized presses to inject a two-component system under pressure into a heated mold. It is the ideal solution for high volumes requiring perfect repeatability.
- Technical Performance: Parts resistant to extreme temperatures (-50°C to +250°C), UV, and aging.
- 2K Injection & Overmolding: We can inject silicone directly onto a plastic part (e.g., a soft seal on a rigid housing) or onto a metal insert for perfect chemical bonding without assembly.
2. Gravity Molding (Casting)
For rapid prototyping and cost-effective small batches.
To validate a design or produce a few dozen parts without investing in expensive steel tooling, we use gravity casting.
- Low-Cost Tooling: Mold costs are drastically reduced compared to injection molding, making it ideal for market testing.
- Flexibility: Wide range of hardnesses (Shore A) and colors to simulate the final material.

We guarantee full traceability and the compliance of our materials with the strictest European directives:
- REACH Declaration of Conformity: Our products comply with Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH). They contain no substances listed in Annex XIV (subject to authorization) or Annex XVII (restricted), and no Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) exceeding 0.1% (w/w).
- RoHS Declaration of Conformity: Our products comply with Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and its amendments. They are guaranteed free of lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), mercury (Hg), hexavalent chromium (Cr(VI)), PBB, PBDE, DEHP, BBP, DBP, and DIBP beyond the authorized limits.
